Yes it is.

At first the idea of blending Disney and Final Fantasy IP was the main selling point for me; and being hooked in with Utada Hikaru's music just added that much soul to the franchise.

Then somewhere along the way SQEX decided to exploit that initial fandom, with a bunch of filler games and re-releases with extra footage, that just wound up confusing the hell out of everyone......

By the time they actually got around to releasing KH3, people just stopped caring.
