man, it took a while, but i think i found the perfect hazard light switch to retrofit into my dodge. it's from a 68 vw beetle, can still be got off rockauto. i could use a 4pst switch but this one just looks really neat. will have to hook up the reverse light switch wire to the +/49 terminal so that when the hazards are turned on, reverse doesn't override the rear blinkers since in aus cars back then used the tail blinkers as reverse lights too.
also gotta get a momentary switch to to hook up to the high beams to quickly flash them whenever needed. seems like I can just hook up a constant 12v feed to one terminal of the switch, then the other wire goes straight to the high beam terminal on the existing foot switch.
