have a dumbphone at home that just stays in a drawer. i do the same when i need something for banking or 2FA for my broker.

for 2FA like microsoft and google, use any device from token2 like the Token2 Molto-1-i. it can store 10 2FA QR codes and works offline, plus you can lock it with a PIN.

for talking to relatives, either talk to them less when you are out, or deal with having a dumbphone running android that you can either natively install apps or sideload them.
