The Cheery Librarian
That’s my nickname yes. Many call me a saint who beheld Golconda, though really I’m just the custodian of the Elysium over at Hotel Purgatorio and its library.

Whispers of the Ages
Yes I am a Kiasyd not a fae. I just wear contact lenses and applied some skin makeup. I may be a walking corpse but that doesn’t mean I can’t be a pretty corpse.
Even before my unlife I was already a Cheery Librarian who often struck conversations with guests. Little did I know that the eccentric regular I often chatted with turned out to be a vampire. My Sire, the Sleepy Wastrel, spent the two centuries of her unlife doing nothing but sleeping and reading as per the noble traditions of Clan Kiasyd. One day, she stumbled upon memories of that ever distant city Golconda that she couldn’t understand. Driven to fits over a memory she could vividly recall in all senses and analyse thoroughly yet fail to understand, she decided to raise a Childe in the hopes they would be able to understand this vision of Golconda. Hence my untimely death and undeath.

You’d think reaching Golconda would make one immune to the sun or fire but all I got was a mere reduction of my curses. God’s sun does not fully reach into the cold abyss of Caine unless we part with the curse entirely. I feel the urge to reclaim my humanity fully every day but I wait patiently for my sire.

Fortitude and Obtenebration make me a fortress unto myself. Mytherceria riddles are my favorite trick to disable enemies nonlethally. Bardo is Bardo, enough said.
