I'm in the UK and I can assure you nobody gives a shit about the console. It's always in stock on Amazon, there's no implied stock shortage in the retail shops, and people I've asked about it are apathetic due to the price and lack of games.
Even MKW is almost down to regular Switch 1 game price and this is before its bundle is due to go in October
