I can't really say much about Evernight since i never got Castorice or any of her BiS teammates, i would try to use someone like Sampo or Gui with your DOT team before getting any other character.
If you like Evernight, go for it but since we are still at the start of the beta we won't know how she will turn out, Tribbie is not that great for DOT but she works just fine for the time being, E1 Hysilens is really damn good so she is not desperate for many other teammates apart from Kafka.
