If the seller's description is meaningfully inaccurate, such as condition, color, type of item, whether it works as described, etc, file an "INAD" return and make the hustler pay return shipping + refund. They can dispute the refund later but there's virtually no other platform that protects buyers from misrepresentation this well. Just don't be a dick and eBay is surprisingly a safe platform, even for high ticket items. If something is not received, file an INR return. There are other return types too, but you only get one return an item so make it count and file correctly. Do not close a return either until the issue is fully resolved.
