I think none of the men would fit The Emperor so I went outside of the currently available. For Justice and Judgement I think they're interchangeable. Windsong for Fortune may seem like a joke but the card is about going from poor to rich, so I think it fits her. Maybe Death would fit Sentinel better but I she's not out yet so I wouldn't know.
