I did two runs in this game and literally never found any of the optional content with his gf or whatever. I also still don't know what the fuck the Pale is and barely saw any of that either but apparently they're major parts of the story. Why did they make it that way.

The fattest and ugliest people show up first. You don't even start to see attractive people at a normal weight of any age until around 23 seconds. Except for a mulato boy who is too young to let himself go.
