Trunk or treat exists because niggere ruined neighborhoods and stole everything not nailed down. I remember going door to door as a kid in the 90's but people don't do it anymore. Nothing to do with not having walkable cities, you don't do it because social trust is so low.

While getting btfo’d by a carnifex shotgun in the middle of a grapple was unpleasant, generally the animation was fast enough to not be as big of a risk, meanwhile assault would get instantly tracked by venom cannons in flight before they patched that out. The real issue is just that it is taking them so long to give any form of buff to what is clearly the weakest class in the game, while vanguard got instant support. Hell they buffed the heal on extremis kill twice while nerfing the gunstrike damage team perk.
