Im going with 90s. Ok rust was more of a problem then, but engines where peakpeak.
No plastic intakes
No homo-erotic screens.
Decent materials used
Cars from those years still run without problems if you kept up with maintenance

Also no fake led lights, old skool halogens. Internal lights also non led.
