Yeah, a game that managed to combine the strengths of both entries would be pretty amazing, especially if they also managed to balance it better.

I did really miss the spectacle of the BR1 boss battles when playing through BR2. Infighting was an interesting addition, but didn't do a whole lot to make up for everything that was missing from BR1, especially since a boss entering infighting mode is generally choosing to commit suicide.

BR1's soundtrack is absurdly good; I don't really fault BR2 for being weaker in that aspect.
