I can't agree on this purely because outside of cherrypicked stuff like weather mons changing shit around, the Overworld mons just move like mario 64 goombas, to say less that you see flying pokemon HOVER not even a foot over the ground (wingull moves like a damn UFO) when flying mons should be FLYING up and swoop your ass if they see you.
Games are just unfinished and unpolished crap
