I can tell you that these were not sold out 3 weeks ago. They got restocked as soon as all the initial pre-orders were shipped. If I had to guess, it's probably a bunch of Horus Heresy refugees that decided to jump ship to Old World after seeing that HH 3.0 was basically fucked.
