Probably the FRLG or LGPE version because that design is what comes to mind when I think of her. I also like how she looks in the early TCG Gym Leader sets. But really there's something about each design that I find appealing.

I know she's also an actress in the BW games, but pic rel and her more Rocket like appearance suit her better.

She's supposed to be mysterious and a little dangerous looking, not an average mall shopper.
