I think she's both very cool and attractive. There's been so many different iterations of her (games, manga, anime, etc) and they're all great. She was even a member of Team Rocket in the manga. She's very stoic most of the time but when she does show other sides of her personality it's pretty cute. I really think I had a "love at first sight" moment with her.
