my stupid idea on it after thinking for 60s

>first 1/3 of the game is finding a cure for V in a new location, V has deteriorated/deteriorates as you progress at first a la second half of RDR2, location and means of a cure idk but probably lose/sell cyberware as a way to regress V's powerlevel
>next return to NC (some surface level changes but mostly reused from 2077 since it's only been months)
>last location is Crystal palace for remaining ~1/3 of main story

No idea on the story or plot, but I think diving into the Mr. Blue Eyes/Peralezes stuff could be neat
