I remember when buying a gaming console meant you were purchasing a specialized machine that was designed to give you maximized graphics at an affordable price point. Remember RISC processors? The Xbox and Xbox 360 were both impressive pieces of hardware for their eras. Nowadays consoles are just weak gaming PC's with an X, PS, or an N stamped on them. Is console gaming dead?
