That depends. I think she realized he was being fake with her long before the quarantine and breakup, but she didn't know the extent of the damage. In her mind he was just appeasing her like that because that's how he's used to treating Ashley and Renee (which isn't entirely wrong) and she'd see more of the real him if she was just patient with him while he worked it out.

We know how "seeing the real him" would have actually ended, but she only truly started to realize just how fucked in the head Andrew is and how much of a sham their relationship had become in retrospect after they'd broken up. Maybe with more input from Jane and her therapist. IIRC as of Episode 3's start it's been almost a month since they escaped the apartment, more than enough time for her to do that kind of post-mortem.
