Day 2 of vampire diet. Stayed inside all day and had a serving of Huel for breakfast. Skipped lunch cause I wasn’t hungry. After sunset went for a walk outside, it was very cold and windy (perhaps I picked a bad time to start). After my walk, I warmed up some rice and chicken in the microwave, and had a tiramisu slice. Yum. 900 calories or so. No stomach issues yet but it’s strange how not-hungry I feel. Usually I’m used to always being hungry on a diet, so this is a good change. Feeling good to continue on!
