I'm not even writing off McCarthy, he'll probably get up to speed at some point next season and be really good, but when you have a championship caliber roster, why would you dump the QB that won you 14 games and operated your offense at a high level? Especially since he only costed $100 Million which is chump change in 2025. Their window isn't going to last forever.
