What do I do when one of my friends hasn't had a game where he goes above 1 kill and is the source of 2/3rds of the teams deaths? He legitimately has the slowest reaction time I've ever seen, can't aim at all, and has shown zero improvement.

>anytime the enemy is at Patron he runs in alone and says "It's impossible"
We give him advice, he follows it for 5 minutes, and forgets. I can't even actively watch him and tell him what to do because his reaction time is that slow.

An example scenario we had

>Billy leaves and I still see him pushing
>Haze and Mina appear on the map and I tell him to leave
>this registers 5 seconds later, it's too late and he dies
>"I didn't realize Billy left"

Is this fixable?
