From a technical point:
This series, more than other, is divided in 2 cour and you are reaching midway.
So yes, expect change for the second half which one up a lot of things.

That said, I don't think we are overselling it too much.
Just free yourself from the belief that tastes are universal, they are not. thought scientific will tell you we are in fact reacting the same to the golden ratio in music.
Despite appreciating it a lot myself, it's more for the novelty/rarity of some concepts used that should be used more often.

We can probably talk more about it without spoiling (most people are only there for their waifu anyway)
But some think little spoilers aren't a thing.
