DO NOT USE CLP
Super Lube 21030 (multipurpose synthetic grease) is by far the most common suggestion for general-purpose lubrication due to being optimal for both lubricating moving components as well as some seals (though some internal seals would be better served with either the oil equivalent or a 1:1 mix of the oil and grease to produce a thinner grease), since grease doesn't move far from where it's placed and thus doesn't run any risk of getting into, say, the inner barrel and hop unit (something silicone oil, particularly through oiled green gas, is infamous for - propane is the way)
White lithium grease is a common runner-up suggestion for moving parts specifically, but frankly I think it's worthwhile to just go on Amazon or to the hardware store and snag some Super Lube - I snagged a 3oz tube and it's not showing signs of running out anytime soon
As for preventing mag leaks, store them with gas in them to prevent the lubricant on the seals from drying out; if your mags are already leaking, Explosive Enterprises has a really good video on maintaining guns and mags alike, but the most likely culprit is either an insufficiently lubricated or damaged seal
The video does also cover lubrication of moving parts AFAIK but a basic rundown of lubricating moving parts is
1. field-strip gun
2. clean off old lubricant (abraded material will likely have combined or will combine with it to produce an abrasive sludge that accelerates wear)
3. apply a thin layer of Super Lube to contact points (ex. slide/bolt rails)
4. reassemble, manipulate moving parts a bit to ensure proper distribution of lubrication
