Anyone who has really gotten down with playing a multi-generational colony? What settings do you set your aging parameters on? Especially for kids? Have you found a balance that you think is nice where you don't lose out on the kid phase but still is able to get a bunch of them to grow up into adulthood and make their own stories and potentially a third generation?
