The best place is gonna be the Retroshare community. You should.be able to find it pretty easy on the hypno board on the other chan.

The oldhead in me is hesitant to tell anyone anything--we used to go through hubs every couple of years when places got taken down. But I think this is a different era in a lot of ways.
