Just going back through some of the other strips in this arc, this feels like Willis knew he'd get a bunch of backlash over his using Not-Israel and Not-Palestine as a backdrop for his Joyce and Dorothy being lesbians story (it's like Pearl Harbor) that he had to pre-emptively shit on anyone who'd criticize him for it because ultimately all he and his readers care about is jacking off.
