So I was chatting with a local player about OBR, we were saying how lame their stupid giant terrain piece is and came up with an idea and I figured I'd just drop it here:

"OBR are like magical tax men who are basically just there to have you pay the bone tithe
WHAT IF, the terrain at the start of the game had an effect. Your opponent has to have X much paid or else your guys get a buff (or enemies get a slight debuff) after X many units die the tithe is paid. The enemy owes us X wounds worth of bones, BUT at the end of every round, interest accrues"

Probably absolutely scuffed and stupid but I'd pay bigtime points if Terrain actually did some cool and unique shit. Wish I knew how to balance the idea properly.
