>The ending killed it.
Killed it to who? JJK literally just got Guinness certified as the most in demand anime on Earth for 2025.bGuinness uses Parrot Analytics, which pulls from millions of data points like search trends, streaming demand, social media, downloads and shit. 'People stopped caring' is world record false

Even if the manga's ending is meh, the anime is still peaking. Meanwhile, Demon Slayer's anime is crawling to the finish line in movie shaped diapers
>most popular anime in the world part is people watching it for free.
So now you care about money again only when it suits you? Nah, homie. Streaming IS money, lol. Companies like Mappa get paid licensing fees and revenue shares from Crunchyroll and Netflix. More demand means higher value for future licensing deals, blu-ray sales, merch sales, brand collabs and so on

Also, if we're gonna talk about 'watching for free' then wasn't Demon Slayer literally airing on TV before getting chopped into theatrical events? They just monetized the same content twice. So you're fine with that but cry about JJK fans streaming a show weekly? Nice selective dickriding

JJK didn't need to milk three movies from one arc. That was your fave's strategy, not a creative necessity and the only reason it made that much money was cause of Covid killing the game. JJK 0 still made 13.7 billion yen, which is an insane success for a spin-off prequel going up against Batman and and it didn't need to spam sequels or try going for the Oscars

Nah. Culling Games is FAR longer than Infinity Castle. It has multiple fights, arcs, character deaths, factions, and stakes. You can actually split it into 2 to 3 solid acts if you really wanna but Mappa chose not to because they're not money hungry like Ufotable. Stop pretending like you're defending storytelling, nigga. You're just defending the brand you simp for. Admit it, and stop acting your hypocrisy is a hot take
