I've said it before but I maintain that Kaiser is the weakest link in all of V1 C3. Their inclusion and how they were written basically took an axe to everything in the first half of the chapter without any satisfying payoff.
It's my biggest criticism with the volume, they make you focused on all this private equity crap only for all of it to just not matter because Kaiser just pulls a "lole might makes right" on everyone.

I could maybe stomach it if kaiser were interesting villains, but they're not. They're boring and predictable and I dread it any time they get involved in the main story.
