They are trained to publicly accept but privately gossip and exclude.
Worse still, invoking Hanlon's Razor, they might not understand what happens if they accept something or someone, only caring that it appears they care and the universal female axiom of "empathy" is enforced.
Until some shit happens, then we toss that empathy out the window.
