Yes this is the correct answer. Make Joker get caught up in accidents time and time again and come back like some sort of ghoul. He "dies" at the end of many BTAS episodes, Mad Love included, by pic related, Batman just cracks a snide remark at him blowing up. He should not give a shit about him the way he could give a shit about truly disturbed guys like Ventriloquist. I am so sick of Batman being put in situations where he has to rescue Joker like in Red Hood slicing his protege's throat, Devil's Advocate where he clears his name, or that one with the Specter. I disagree, Harley should get over the clown and become a normal person instead. Her going straight eventually is what her original creators did twice, in Harley's Holiday, and in the Batman Beyong continuity, but she's become such a cash cow for some baffling reason.
