"Honestly" instead of honestly means like how you don't answer the question "How are you doing?" fully and completely.

Longer Millennial explanation:
There's this FTM guy I've been talking to a lot recently who...just presents female so goddam hard (watches crime dramas, talks about emotions and therapy all the time, does gardening and sewing, is 4'x" tall, hips wider than shoulders, etc.). They've been really trying to get me to talk about "my emotional past" or whatever (just a lot of probing question), and I just got this paranoid guy on my shoulder thinking, "This is going to be used against you--don't tell them anything." But when I think about it logically, they've not done anything bad to me, they've been really friendly and opened up a lot on their side. But I can't help but think, "Is this that female shit again where they pretend to get to you open up only to viciously use that shit against you?" So yeah, when do you know you can trust a woman enough to not pull that shit?
