I really don't get why people like that movie so fucking much. Yes yes amazing soundtrack and cinematography but the story and characters are puke inducing, specially by /tv/ standards.
You seriously identify with the protagonist who falls in love with a trashy single mom with a brown kid? And is desperate to take over as a father for that mutt kid? Even though his actual father WAS around he was just murderous and trashy.

I watched the movie thinking it would be some depressed-kino but it ended up being just a boring cuck action movie.
