Shiv's core design will still be the same but they're probably going to change some details like parts of his face, skin colour etc.
Nothing too drastic since the character is already largely finalized with several lines of dialogues with other characters that comment on his appearance, but he'll probably be slightly changed to be more of an italoamerican greaser rather than a reddish monkey dude.

I honestly think he's fine as is though, maybe just shorten the prosthetic arm a little bit but I really wouldn't change anything else.
