No. His biggest enemies are Superboy Prime, Darkseid, The Darkest Knight, Lobo, Doomsday, Myzx (who is a 4th dimensional reality warper btw) etc.
Lex is only a villain and a challenge because Superman actively chooses not to kill him or go all out on him because Lex is a human and Superman doesn't want to be a murderer. For Superman, Lex is a test of wits, not a test of martial combat.
