I wish someone told me this

Today I saw a lady walking with her hand in her head. Some blood was dripping but I thought she bumped her head and it was a minor cut because she didnt react much or ask for help, but after some time she asked for help with others and they called the police. I found out her husband beat her and it was a deep wound. I feel like crying anons.
