So typically I don't like to do this with stories I am reading, but since I picked up Soul Eater because of the Death Battle, I figured I should provide a scan and context.
So this is from Chapter 30 of Soul Eater, so nowhere near the endgame, so if anyone brings it up as a speed limit for Maka, then it isn't really the most helpful in that regard.
