My interpretation is that she was on the right path and was right that Olga was going to fuck everything up, though not purposefully (by showing Zonda the power of the muse and being the last straw that radicalized Eden to genocidal levels), but only got 90% of the way on her interpretation. Zonda dropping the bowl on Desna may have been another fork onto the bad path for the young adepts and the world. That it's treated as a joke makes the irony all the sweeter.
That would make Eden's Party even more depressing. Likable and warm characters bantering about and pivotal moments that eventually lead to tragedy being treated as light-hearted jokes are highly effective on the feels.
