Guild is up
Progress the story quest until you unlock the guild feature, press U and search "Yotsuba" or "13058" to apply.
Make sure you include /vg/, /bpg/, /bpsrg/, or something like that when you apply, since there is no way to make a guild unlisted I won't accept anyone who doesn't.
