How would you guys rate Archer's LC? Is it worth getting?

I unironically feel pretty happy that I finally have a good reason to use my E1S1 Brickle, I also have Cipher S1 so his team should be pretty fucking good.

Is his SU cope-cone option decent?

When is Ceryda dropping? And do we know anything about her kit?
