They have amazing eyesight which helps when shoot good. In a hyper-militarized society that's the sort of thing you actively reward.

Personally, Ratlings and Orgryn should be allowed, they serve the Emperor. Longshanks, bat-fuckers, felinids, beatmen, etc...they just need a good incineration. Also, glass Necromunda I don't even think they're special, they have a decent pharma industry, but that could be moved to any other hiveworld.
