I like Barclay, but it's insane that he was still allowed to be an officer on the Enterprise after being caught using the Holodeck to:
>Fantasize about fucking senior officers (Troi, and implied Crusher)
>Fantasize about fighting senior officers
>Have a specific, bizarre hangup about Riker where he makes him a dumb manlet (probably connected to the Troi thing)
And then you've got Riker nearly dooming the entire ship on multiple occasions because he couldn't keep it in his pants, up to an including him attempting to fuck an alien from a newly discovered species before the Federation had made first contact.

Like shit, no wonder the Federation got its shit pushed it at the Battle of Wolf 359, if they thought having these clearly unhinged gooners in critical roles on its flagship was a good idea.
