If it wasn't their in-house engine then I'd agree.
It's bad enough that even their shareholders were asking questions.
I'm just as unimpressed with what they've done so far but I'll still keep watching as long as they recognise and try and fix the issues.
Hopefully they take a step back on future games and use the approach they did with Rise where they use forward rendering instead of deferred and whatever tech nvidia tries to promote.
