I am biased. I think every spinoff Sonic character has a workable concept. Most of them are very basic if you break them down to just "what they are relative to Sonic". But I did try to keep those descriptions as objective as I can.
I think the idea of Sonic having two siblings, one arrogant and one (somehow) more laid back is fun.
But like others have said, Underground really is a mess of a show. It's kind of like Sonic Prime in how disjointed and wild it is.
It's one of the first (if not the first?) Sonic shows where the actual order of the episodes is relevant to their context. But it doesn't feel like that because the plot barely ever pushes along.
tldr I have autism and I am a Sonic fan
