Same shit with FIFA a couple years ago: they put women in the game for virtue signaling but didn't adjust anything else. Two different implementations would've been rational and acceptable:
>men and women leagues are distinctly separated, the same rating system can be used
>men and women can play together, women's rating has to be adjusted relative to men's
Instead they pulled the most retarded scenario and allowed mixed teams while using the same rating system. So technically the in-game women players are just men with a different model and competitive on the pitch due to their stats, meanwhile in real life women national teams are regularly beaten to a pulp by 15-16 years old boys who play the pro team that's closest to their training base. Total nonsense. It looked ridiculous enough in FIFA already but mixing this shit with NBA where dunks, alley-oopes and screens are thing is just inviting trouble.

To add what >>718272370 said Clark is officially 6'0 / 157 lbs. Pic rel is like three years old but the situation it depicts is roughly the same. For comparison Lebron's latest measurements were 6'9" / 250lb. Imagine the hilarity if Clark tried to posterize him in real life!

NBA2k is a disgrace for the most part of the last decade. Year after year the "improvements" are minor at best but the MTX elements are more predatory and aggressive and the "pay2win" complaints from players were definitely around in the mid-2010s already. If you can find 2k17's Steam page (they de-list it after 2 years and shut down the servers - in a game where the last time you could play offline MyCareer was like 6-7 years ago - so you're "forced" to buy the new one) you can see how that already had a 29% rating after almost 19k votes. 2k25 is only "Mixed" at 59% because they finally bought their next-gen engine to PC. Unfortunately there's no alternative on the market plus NBA is popular amongst the youngsters.
