Phainon is marketed towards everyone, Mydei is marketed towards fujos only. This is why the fujobait largely disappears from Phainon's marketing and story whereas it was so rampant in 3.1. Mydei is the gigaflop fujobait whereas Phainon is the successful omnibait with yume priority. They are even doing a cafe collab featuring him and Rice, further cementing the main target audience they have in common (selfinserters).
