Look, praying helps against targeting/feeling down/depression/crises/financial problems as all of these are caused by demons, the legion of satan. Prayer repells them. It's this simple.

Anyone can test it. Pray 4-5 times a day for a few days. You will notice the difference. Doing the repentance exercise is like nuking the demons around you. You feel completely different after doing it 10 times. It works even if you do not believe in it. You can test it.
