I like the salute though.
The bigger problem is him actually doing very little. The 12 ki is only 2 actual blows and the 18 ki is a straightforward blast with way less scale than the VB active or his 7th anni counterpart's active.
The active is amazing but that obviously should've been str SS3's finish, not the no pose garbage we got instead. Why didn't he get a VB tier original animation?

I at least had Tao fully leveled for years like every DB unit. You could probably get away with him at 6-8 levels, but the 2 extra ki from teq Tao being maxed out makes a huge difference for getting his super and that stun.
