Pretty sure that's a no. There are some weird things with the names though.
On disc 2, INT Future Gohan's track is just called "Gohan (Future)_" when there's supposed to be more after the _
On disc 8, LR INTly's Active Skill has an original name along the lines of "Saiyan's Killer Instinct", which doesn't seem to match anything in the game relating to INTly.
Also on disc 8, SS3 GAPku's name is fucked up as "Super Saiyan Son Go 3 Son Goku"
I haven't checked all the discs yet.

Seems the best way to use him is keep swapping between slot 1 and 2. Yeah he'll have 95% dr but its only against 1 attack. Its better to have his 4 turn defense boost up for the rest of the attacks. His defense in slot 2 is pretty flimsy without that 3 turn buff up so I wouldn't leave him there either. Hes good against 1 attack but after that its dodge or die without that buff. Plus he'll be hitting harder with both attack buffs up.
